Terms of Service
Farah Relay is a beta remote-operations bridge for connecting an AI client to a device you control.
Authorized use
Use Farah Relay only with systems, accounts, files, and infrastructure you own or are authorized to administer. Do not use it for unauthorized access, malware, credential theft, abuse, disruption, or activity that violates applicable law or the policies of services you use with it.
Your responsibility
You choose which device and workspaces to pair and remain responsible for approved file changes, commands, deployments, and agent tasks. Review high-impact actions and maintain appropriate backups and recovery procedures.
Service boundaries
Farah Relay is not an unrestricted root shell, public SSH service, or general-purpose network tunnel. Device-side policy may deny a request even when an AI proposes it. Features, limits, and availability may change during beta.
Third-party services
The service can rely on OpenAI/ChatGPT, GitHub authentication, Cloudflare hosting/network services, and software running on your paired host. Those services have their own terms and policies.
Availability
The beta is provided on a best-effort basis without a guaranteed service level. Access may be limited, suspended, modified, or discontinued for operational, security, legal, abuse-prevention, or platform reasons.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Farah Relay and its publisher are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the beta. You remain responsible for backups, access control, and authorization of your systems.
Privacy and termination
See the Privacy Policy. You may stop using the service by revoking/removing paired devices. Access may be revoked for abuse or material violation of these terms. Questions go through Support.
